How cyber cafes and business centres use a receipt
Cyber cafes and business centres help with online registrations, printing, scanning and typing. Customers want a receipt for registration services, especially when paying for someone else.
Writing the items on a cyber cafe receipt
Use one line for each thing the customer paid for, named the way your customers know it, for example JAMB registration support, Printing, Scanning and email. Enter the quantity and the price for one unit, and the generator works out each line and the total. Then choose how the customer paid, cash, transfer or POS, because that is the first thing anyone checks when a payment is questioned.
Tips for cyber cafes and business centres
- Name the service.
- Count pages.
- Record payment method.
Keeping your records straight
Each receipt gets its own number, and the next one moves up by itself. That makes it easy to find a payment when a customer says “I have paid”. Save the PDFs in one folder on your phone, or let NairaTrack keep them for you.
